Earwigs are an insect that is found in three basic colors, black, red or brown.  The fact that they do not seem to carry diseases infectious to humans doesn’t matter, as they are still one of the most hated bug around.

Although this insect does have wings and is capable of flight, most of them prefer to remain on the ground where they prefer dark and moist habitats..
